Welcome!

I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Theory and Strategy at Gies College of Business in The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I study how firms navigate media attention to better manage their organizational value. To address this question, I focus on the impression management tactics both on CEO and organization level as key antecedents of shaping media attention and strategic change as key consequences of attention―that is, how firms manage their employees at the early stage of their life cycle and how they adjust their organizational design to meet the needs of their distinct challenges in venture scaling.
